Devon Sandford Award subsidy

This year the Devon Heritage Education Group – an informal forum for learning staff at heritage sites around the county – decided to offer subsidies to organisations in Devon to support them in applying for the prestigious Sandford Award. The fee to enter for an award is £400, and the DHEG is offering to pay half of this, especially (but not exclusively) to enable smaller and volunteer-run organisations to enter for the award. This is a one-off opportunity, on a first-come-first-served basis, and will enable four sites to apply at the reduced rate, either for 2024 or 2025. The application deadline for the coming year is 16th February 2024.
