Flag Fen Archaeology Park

Flag Fen Archaeology Park is an impressive site located within an exceptional Bronze Age landscape. The archaeological finds are extremely significant, and collaborative research is continually evolving the understanding of the site archaeology, history and natural environment. Reconstructions stimulate engagement and the watery excavations are a sight to behold.

The dedicated, knowledgeable and welcoming Learning team offers themed activities which have been designed in consultation with teachers. These relate directly to the history and archaeology and take advantage of the natural plant, insect, mammal and bird habitats of this fenland park. Management of visits is excellent, and activities provide clear curriculum links to support teachers and home-schooling groups. The Learning team provides an inspirational learning experience.
